I am an information technology educator and scholar with a strong foundation in health informatics, management information systems, and digital transformation. I am currently completing my Doctorate in Information Technology at Walden University, building on a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Technology, Jamaica.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in fostering critical thinking, real-world problem solving, and ethical leadership in the ever-evolving tech landscape. I teach courses in areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, enterprise systems, and business analytics, preparing students to become innovative professionals in today’s data-driven economy.

My academic interests include cybersecurity in higher education, the ethical use of emerging technologies, and the implementation of quality management systems in IT environments. I am passionate about empowering students through practical learning experiences and supporting institutional initiatives that drive digital innovation.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy contributing to curriculum development, mentoring future IT leaders, and staying engaged with industry trends that shape technology and society.
