This course focuses on the basic concepts of Islamic corporate finance. This includes Time Value of Money TVM, applied financial instruments, and financial questions.

Learning Objectives:

Students will be able to state general and specific concepts of finance, and its relationship with the whole system of Islamic funding instruments.
Students will be able to learn some Fiqh rulings regarding modern finance instruments and purification of instruments if possible, such as; its conditions, violations, cash management, strategic decisions.
Students will be able to summarize in their own words, the goals of corporate finance and the different corporate structures and contracts relating to it.
