DR. NOOR MOBEEN
Lead Professor
Dr. Noor Mobeen brings global experience to Guidance College. A visiting scholar, Dr. Noor’s collegiate credits NYU, King Saud University, University of Warsaw, Quaid-i-Azam University, International University of Sarajevo, University of Houston, Duke University and Ross University. In addition, Dr. Noor has worked for Exxon Mobile, British Petroleum, and FMC Technology in the West Africa and South America as well as the Department of State. However, education and the future of youth are Dr. Noor’s passion, he has designed many entrepreneurship projects for the post conflict countries to uplift the K12 education system. Dr. Noor has published on youth development, global education and cultural diversity which have appeared in leading educational journals, Harvard reviews, and numerous university-press books.
