Seeking Knowledge

The virtues of Seeking Knowledge have been well expounded upon by the scholars and thinkers of our tradition. It all starts with Allah’s promise to the believers. There is a Hadith that says: “Whoever takes a path upon which to obtain knowledge, Allah makes the path to Paradise easy for him”. If the end goal is understood properly, people will be inspired to embark on difficult journeys because they realize the value of the reward. We are in dire need of scholars and students of knowledge to put their minds and energies together in order to solve the world’s most difficult problems. Islam is being distorted and attacked left and right. We need people who are relevant to present the authentic and unbroken message of Allah to his creation.
